Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BloxFeed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Roblox account to use BloxFeed. Users under 13 years of age must obtain verifiable parental consent before using the App, in compliance with COPPA. See our COPPA Notice for details.

3. Account & Security

Your BloxFeed account is linked to your Roblox account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you create using the App. By publishing content through BloxFeed, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content in the BloxFeed feed and to transmit it to connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok) on your behalf.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App

5. Content Moderation

All published content is subject to review before appearing in the public feed. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Roblox, YouTube (Google), and TikTok. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. BloxFeed is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms. BloxFeed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by BloxFeed and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation and is used for identification purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's profile screen. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
